Viridan Sailing Center Rules

• Use of Sailing Center watercraft is allowed only during open hours.
• Only members (pass holders), paddle sport rental patrons, and their guests may use the Sailing Center with signed waiver.
• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the dock.
• Life jacket required at all times for children 12 and under.
• Life jacket required for everyone, regardless of age, while on the water.
• Glass containers are prohibited on the dock.
• Dogs are to remain on least at all times.
• No fishing allowed from the dock at any time.
• Littering is prohibited - please use trash receptacles.
• Control noise levels - please be respectful of others, no noise on the dock after 11:00pm (applies to special events).
• No smoking allowed on the dock or while on VSC equipment.
• Violation of the above rules may result in forfeiture of membership.
