VSC Advisory Council Meeting

The purpose of this communication is to satisfy the notification requirements of state legislation as it pertains to scheduled VSC meetings. The next meeting of the Advisory Council for Viridian Sailing Center Foundation is scheduled for the date and time set on this calendar entry. The meeting will be held at The View at Storm Park located at 1707 Viridian Park Lane, Arlington, Texas 76005. This meeting has been called by the VSC Advisory Council for purposes of anything they deem necessary to discuss or decide upon including reviewing the Foundation's financial and operational activity and is open to all to observe. However, any Executive Session will be closed to non-Advisory Council Members for confidentiality. Before business is conducted, the Advisory Council may open the floor to take questions from club members. Please note the Advisory Council reserves the right to hear club members and may choose to provide a formal response after they have had an opportunity to thoroughly discuss/research. Should this occur, members will be contacted by the VSC Advisory Council following the meeting. If you would like to speak to the VSC Advisory Council or wish to add a specific item to the agenda, please contact the Viridian Sailing Center Foundation by email at info@viridiansailing.com at least 4 business days in advance of the meeting for planning purposes.
