VSC Board Meeting

The purpose of this communication is to satisfy the notification requirements of state legislation as it pertains to scheduled VSC Board meetings. The next meeting of the Board of Directors for Viridian Sailing Center Foundation is scheduled for the date and time set on this calendar entry. The meeting will be held at The View at Storm Park located at 1707 Viridian Park Lane, Arlington, Texas 76005. This meeting has been called by the VSC Board of Directors for purposes of anything the Board deems necessary to discuss or decide upon including reviewing the Foundation's financial and operational activity and is open to all to observe. However, the Executive Session will be closed to non-Board Members for confidentiality. Before business is conducted, the Board may open the floor to take questions from members. Please note the Board reserves the right to hear members and may choose to provide a formal response after they have had an opportunity to thoroughly discuss/research. Should this occur, members will be contacted by the VSC Board following the meeting.
